Payment Methods:

• The payment terms include a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance to be settled before shipment.
• Given that the majority of fiberglass orders involve customized products, such as tailored lengths, colors, and raw materials based on customer specifications, a deposit is required for custom production.

Order Cancellation:

• If an order has not entered the material production stage, the payment can be fully refunded.
• If production has commenced, payment for the produced goods is necessary. Our company can assist in reselling the produced items, and a refund can be processed for the portion that has not been manufactured.
• For fiberglass engineering project orders involving substantial quantities of customized raw materials, cancellation may require negotiations regarding liquidated damages.
